What to Expect

Your account manager will continue to work diligently with your creditors and the credit bureaus to ensure we assist you in the most efficient and effective way we can.
1. Getting Started
Sign up is easy. You can complete signup in minutes and get started with your first steps. The first thing you will receive from us is an email with easy to follow instructions on how to get your 3-bureau credit report and how to upload it to us. Once we have your report we will give you a call to complete our analysis and start working with you through the dispute process.
2. Personalized Assessment
When you enroll in our Dispute Assistance service, you will work with one person who is your Account Manager. They are your partner during the process. Your Account Manager will discuss each item with you to establish your personal goals and needs. They will quickly access your three bureau credit report with you and review the negative items you feel are inaccurate. Feel free to send them a note through your online member account, email, or give them a call.
